1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Consulting Research Services (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
The Company offers professional consulting services, including but not limited to consulting research services, to individuals, businesses, and organizations (“Clients”).
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the consulting services.
- Cooperate with the Company in a timely manner.
- Make payments for services as outlined in the service agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees, payment schedules, and refund policies, will be detailed in the individual service agreements between the Company and each Client.
5. Confidentiality
The Company will treat all information provided by Clients as confidential, in accordance with our privacy policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created as a result of the consulting services will be owned by the Client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if Clients fail to comply with the terms of the service agreement or if there are other valid reasons for termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of our services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these TOS at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
